WEARER COMFORT.
The Survivair belt mounted PAPR units weigh a bit more, but the belt mounted battery pack and blower/filter assembly are designed to ride comfortably on the wearer's hip, thus taking the weight off the facepiece. Silicone full facepieces are available for mask mounted and belt mounted units are come in small and standard sizes. All full facepieces come standard with a speaking diaphragm to enhance wearer communication.

All PAPRs have been tested and listed by SGS U.S. Testing Company, Inc. as meeting the ANSI/UL 913 standard for intrinsically safe apparatus for use in Class 1, Division 1, Groups A, B, C, and D hazardous locations.

MAXIMUM AIR FLOW, HASSLE FREE OPERATION.
All Survivair PAPRs have powerful motors that provide high air flow rates which exceed the NIOSH requirements for loose and tight fitting headpieces. All PAPRs feature long-lasting battery packs with trouble-free recharging. NiCad battery packs feature a quick-connect power cord and auto-reset fuse, and a rated 8-hour life to last a full work shift.
