The Intrinsically Safe version of the dBadge meets the requirements of ATEX EEx ia I M1, EEx ia IIC T2 II 1 G, certificate number 07ATEX2032X. North American and Canadian FM/CSA approvals are to Class 1, Division 1, Groups A, B C, D, temperature classification T2. This makes the I.S. dBadge particularly suitable for use in hazardous areas such as mines, printing works, petrochemical plants and other areas that require safe monitoring instruments. 

The CEL-350IS is a completely new interpretation of the classic noise dosimeter. It has all the advantages of earlier badge designs such as small size and light weight and yet it still provides all of the benefits that users have come to expect from a traditional noise dosimeter. Fully featured and able to satisfy all current noise at work measurement protocols during a single run the CEL-350IS will be an ideal instrument for experienced and new user of dosimeters in the workplace. No setup to worry about since the unit stores all results for later investigation and reporting however required.

CEL-350IS Personal Noise Dosimeters:
All CEL-350IS Noise dosimeters are provided with a locking foam windscreen and 2 pairs of fixing clips to attach to the worker. Both pairs of alligator and pin clips are provided with every CEL-350IS dosimeter and other mounting clips are available as accessories.

CEL-350IS Noise Dosimeter Kits:
Standard kits are provided that include up to 12 individual dBadge dosimeters plus all the required accessories under the part number CEL-350IS/KX where X can be anything from 1 to a maximum of 12 individual dosimeters. Included in the kits are the dosimeter(s), the appropriate number of charger bases, a power supply, a high speed USB infrared interface for communication with the computer, an acoustic calibrator, a copy of Casella Insight software and a foam lined kit case. Kits of 1 to 3 dosimeters include a single charger base, kits of 4 to 6 include 1 master charger and 1 slave charger. Additional slave chargers plus a short link cable are provided for kits from 7 to 12 as needed.
