The Checkmate® TR3 Tripod has a host of new features and benefits for the user, it is super light making it easy to transport, yet it's even stronger and more durable due to the new crown and feet design. The TR3 can be used with an array of other equipment allowing for safe anchorage while carrying out work tasks and rescue in confined spaces. The tripod comes with two spring loaded pulleys and an eyebolt. The legs are locked in the open position automatically during use and easily disengage for folding. The legs' height can be adjusted using detent pins, the pins are secured to the tripod using PVC coated keeper wires. The pivoting feet are fitted with hot bonded rubber soles for use on both soft and hard surfaces, and includes a slot for anti-splay webbing strap. It offers either an anchorage for suspended work or a secure Fall Arrest point if accessing via alternate means, for example a ladder. The TR3 even provides anchorage for one winch operative/supervisor standing next to the tripod. The TR3 Tripod also comes with a storage carrying bag.
